Ted Beck is the Chief Technology Officer City of Aurora, Illinois - the second largest city in the state. He began his career as a Network Administrator for the Aurora Police Department in 1996.

Ted earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration, from Central Washington University, as well as numerous technical certifications. He is also working towards his Masters of Business Administration at Aurora University
